Cool TA-Q-BIN helps you to deliver your goods by 2 types of low-temperature system – “Chilled” & “Frozen”. Along with our special equipment, your goods will be kept under the same condition throughout the whole processes of delivery.

Terms of Use

※ Please ensure the package is pre-cooled (for both chilled and frozen type) before pick-up.
※ Sum of three dimensions and weight of shipment must not exceed 120cm and 18KG.
※ Packages may be exposed to the air during loading, sorting, pick-up and delivery; as such, a change in temperature may occur.
※ Cool TA-Q-BIN packages will only be held by Yamato for 3 days, all packages which cannot be delivered within the above period mentioned will be returned to the shipper.
※ All conditions of Cool TA-Q-BIN service are subjected to quotation or agreement signed.
