However, the Company may provide Personal Information to relevant entities without the related customer’s consent in any of the following cases:
   a. The Company entrusts to a third party the management of Personal Information that is necessary to achieve the Purpose of Use.
   b. The Company is one of the parties in the consolidation transaction.
   c. The Company uses Personal Information jointly with such designated entities that are publicly informed.

   <\/strong>When a third party is consigned to deal with the Personal Information (such third party shall hereinafter be referred to as “Contractor”), the Company shall take such necessary measures as executing a confidentiality agreement to cause the third party to manage the Personal Information properly.

8. SHARED USAGE
   <\/strong>The Personal Information will be shared among and within the Yamato Group companies.<\/li>\n
9. ENQUIRIES FOR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION<\/strong>
   Any request or enquiries for disclosure, correction, deletion or suspension of use of the Personal Information, addressed to our Customer Service Center unless provided for otherwise by law, shall be responded promptly by the Company to a reasonable extent.<\/li>\n

    <\/strong>The Company will make efforts to have Personal Information maintained and managed in the most up-to-date condition and utmost accuracy, and will implement reasonably safety measures in order to prevent problems such as information leaks.
